Project-Based Learning – Gaming for Disability
A while back I wrote an article about gaming for kids with cerebral palsy. That was the start of a new journey, which spurred on a Not-for-Profit company that aims to help provide assistive devices for people with disabilities. This year I incorporated this into the bachelors capstone projects as well. The students were asked to build assistive devices that can be used to help people with disability play video games. The teams did not disappoint, with some amazing video games and controllers. Here is a small snippet of their work but the full playlist is on youtube.
